I am Amber Samuel a photographer, mother, sister, bestfriend, student of life, champion of the human being. I've been working as a photographer for 10 years in Portland, Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.

I strive to be authentic in all facets of my life and photography is no different. I want to realize life as it happens. I endeavor to capture what is around me with as little alteration or staging as possible. The best light is the one outside.

I believe in the power of a photograph. It's ability to encompass our most profound emotions in a single frame. It's ability to capture and sustain memories from past and present into a future we cannot know.

Photography for me is about trancendent and cherished moments.
